Built by the 3A Design team, the Vinhome Grand Park – Manhattan townhouse of Ms. Le, located on Nguyen Xien St., Long Thanh My ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City, can easily be distinguished by the sophisticated design that merges stable residency and thriving career – not only does it help the owner realize the spark of comfort and warmth in the family, at the same time it ensures the convenience and style in business.

The ground floor and first floor are brilliantly designed to be a place of a “thriving career”, with an indoor atrium capturing all natural light, decorated with small cacti and spreading ivies that impressively charms the guests who stop by to enjoy a cup of coffee for the first time. The first floor is a fusion between the coffee shop and office area, which is an ideal space for long-term business contracts. In addition, the combination of two main tones, white and gray, and the accents of green elements brings forth pleasure and harmony.

From the second floor upward is the residence of the whole family after a day of hard work. The living room and kitchen are skillfully designed by the 3A Design team, with shiny black tiles for the ceiling like a reflective mirror to help expand and open up the room. The fusion between the living room and the kitchen creates coziness and represents the strengthened relationships of a happy family.
