2. DELIVERY POLICY
- Shipping is free for addresses within Ho Chi Minh City.
- The shipping fee for addresses placed outside of Ho Chi Minh City is determined based on the freight of the delivery units.
- We will process the order within 24 hours of receiving it and respond to the customer with the payment method and delivery information.
- The minimum delivery time for orders of more than 100 gift sets is 30 days from the time the order is placed.
- For orders of less than 100 gift sets, we support delivery within 5-7 days depending on the destination.
- Please provide complete and accurate delivery information, such as delivery address, contact phone number, and customer information.
3. PAYMENT POLICY
Please deposit 50% of the order value after placing the order, then pay 40% of the order value before the delivery date 03 days and the remaining 10% right after receiving goods.
Methods of payment:
- Cash payment
- Bank transfer payment
Detailed account number information will be emailed to you or specified in the contract if the quantity exceeds 20 gift sets.
For individual orders, please:
- If paying by bank transfer, pay 100% of the order value immediately after placing the order.
- Payment is made in cash upon receipt (COD).
Please include the following information in your bank transfer: Customer name + Order details. After a successful transfer, we will contact you to confirm your order and begin the delivery process.
4. WARRANTY POLICY
We support customers to exchange/return goods within 15 days of receipt for the following reasons:
- The product is defective due to the supplier or the shipping process causing the goods to be damaged.
- Deliver the wrong goods to the customer, not in accordance with the agreement or contract.
Note: We do not accept exchanges or returns on used items.
