<\/b>2. DELIVERY POLICY<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Shipping is free for addresses within Ho Chi Minh City.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The shipping fee for addresses placed outside of Ho Chi Minh City is determined based on the freight of the delivery units.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • We will process the order within 24 hours of receiving it and respond to the customer with the payment method and delivery information.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The minimum delivery time for orders of more than 100 gift sets is 30 days from the time the order is placed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • For orders of less than 100 gift sets, we support delivery within 5-7 days depending on the destination.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Please provide complete and accurate delivery information, such as delivery address, contact phone number, and customer information.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. PAYMENT POLICY<\/b><\/p>\n

    Please deposit 50% of the order value after placing the order, then pay 40% of the order value before the delivery date 03 days and the remaining 10% right after receiving goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

      • If paying by bank transfer, pay 100% of the order value immediately after placing the order.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Payment is made in cash upon receipt (COD).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Please include the following information in your bank transfer: Customer name + Order details. After a successful transfer, we will contact you to confirm your order and begin the delivery process.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

        4. WARRANTY POLICY<\/b><\/p>\n

        We support customers to exchange\/return goods within 15 days of receipt for the following reasons:<\/span><\/p>\n

        • The product is defective due to the supplier or the shipping process causing the goods to be damaged.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Deliver the wrong goods to the customer, not in accordance with the agreement or contract.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
