NFL Hall of Famer and Colorado football coach Deion Sanders attended the Big 12 Conference media day at Allegiant Stadium on Wednesday and made it quite clear he’s a big fan of the Las Vegas Raiders. During his media availability, Sanders heaped praise on Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce, who he called a “great man” and a “great leader.” “Great man, great leader,” Sanders said, per Levi Edwards of Raiders.com. “Earned the job, they didn’t give him nothing.Best porn XXX. I love what he brings to the table.” But Sanders wasn’t done there. He also spoke kindly of late Raiders owner Al Davis and said that every player in the league wanted to play for him, including himself. “He’s one of the few in the game that, from the opposing team, you just wanted to go shake his hand,” Sanders said of Davis. “You wanted to get up close and see his drip. Al was fly. Al was one of a kind, he was a straight shooter. He was awesome, he was before his time. Innovator, creator, he was that dude, man. I think every player who played in the league at that point in time wanted to be a Raider in some form or fashion. Seeing as how he’s such a fan of Las Vegas and Pierce, it comes as no surprise that Deion wouldn’t mind seeing both of his sons playing for the Raiders down the road. “That would be nice for [Shedeur & Shilo] to play for the Raiders. I’m meeting with the team today,” he said, according to Vegas Sports Today. While it’s very possible the Raiders will be in the market for a quarterback in 2025, Las Vegas doesn’t figure to be bad enough in 2024 to end up with a selection at the top of next year’s draft, which would put them out of range of being able to select Sanders.
