JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and operate the Company’s Purchasing Department;
• Participating in the development of company strategies with the Board of Directors and other TBPs
• Developing, formulating and approving directions, goals, development strategies, long-term and medium-term plans of the Purchasing Department to optimize efficiency.
• Prepare reports and analyses on potential new products from suppliers to shareholders and business.
• Manage and carry out external activities with suppliers, domestic and foreign partners.
• Building, managing and training effective teams.
• Consulting and advising the Board of Directors on standards for evaluating and selecting suppliers and products and services in order to improve the efficiency of domestic and foreign purchasing activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Age: 30 – 40 years old.
Gender: Male/Female
University degree or higher majoring in economic administration.
English: listen, speak, read and write well.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Purchasing Department. Priority is given to experienced candidates with product knowledge in the field of M&E.
Proficient in buying and selling domestic and foreign markets.
Skills in aggregating and analyzing reporting data.
