Hau Giang approved 8 industrial zone planning projects in the province
The People’s Committee of Hau Giang province has just approved a list of 8 planning projects for the construction of industrial zones (IZs) in the province with a total area of 1,741ha.
The planning projects include: construction zoning planning of 1/2000 scale Dong Phu Industrial Park with an area of 120ha in Dong Phu commune, Chau Thanh district; planning of construction subdivision at the rate of 1/2000 Dong Phu Industrial Park – phase 2 with an area of 234ha in Dong Phu commune, Chau Thanh district; construction subdivision planning scale 1/2000 Song Hau Industrial Park – phase 2 with an area of 220ha in Mai Dam town, Chau Thanh district.
In addition, there are: construction zoning planning at the scale of 1/2000 Tan Hoa Industrial Park with an area of 210ha in Tan Hoa commune and Bay Ngan town, Chau Thanh A district; planning of construction subdivision at the rate of 1/2000 Song Hau Industrial Park – phase 3 with an area of 205ha in Mai Dam town, Chau Thanh district; planning of construction subdivision at the scale of 1/2000 Tan Binh Industrial Park with an area of 210ha in Tan Binh, Phung Hiep district; planning of construction subdivision at 1/2000 scale Nhon Nghia A Industrial Park with an area of 252ha in Nhon Nghia A commune, Chau Thanh A district; planning of construction subdivision at the rate of 1/2000 Long Thanh Industrial Park has an area of 290ha in Long Thanh commune, Phung Hiep district.
Hau Giang Provincial People’s Committee assigned the Management Board of Provincial Industrial Parks to publish information about the above project to invite investors (non-refundable funding) to make the above planning projects, ensuring publicity. , transparent, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

The management board of industrial zones in Hau Giang province is also required to coordinate with the Department of Construction, the People’s Committees of districts: Chau Thanh, Chau Thanh A and Phung Hiep district and related units to organize the preparation, appraisal and submission to the competent authority. approve the construction planning projects mentioned above according to the provisions of law.
Hau Giang province currently has 2 operating industrial zones, including: Song Hau Industrial Park (phase 1), Tan Phu Thanh Industrial Park and 5 industrial clusters in operation.
The Management Board of Industrial Parks of Hau Giang Province recently reported on the development planning of industrial zones and urban areas – services serving industrial zones in the province in the period of 2021-2030, there are 10 industrial zones, total area 3,933 ha.
In which, Chau Thanh district accounts for the largest number with 6 industrial zones, including Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu Industrial Park – phase 2, Dong Phu – phase 3, Song Hau Industrial Park – phase 2, Song Hau – phase 3, Phu Tan Industrial Park. Chau Thanh A district has Nhon Nghia A Industrial Park, Tan Phu Thanh Industrial Park – phase 2, Tan Hoa Industrial Park. Phung Hiep district has Long Thanh Industrial Park. In the period 2026-2030, two more industrial zones are planned, namely Phu Huu – phase 1 and Tan Thanh Industrial Park (Ta Bay City).
