The project of Song Hau Industrial Park Management Center is located in Phu Hung Hamlet, Dong Phu Commune, Chau Thanh District, Hau Giang Province, with an area of 12.5 hectares, a total investment of over 1,200 billion VND.
On April 26, Dong Phu Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, a member company of Nam Song Hau Petroleum Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (NSH Petro) held a groundbreaking ceremony to start construction of the project. Song Hau Industrial Park Operation Center with a total investment of more than 1,200 billion VND.
The project of Song Hau Industrial Park Management Center is located in Phu Hung Hamlet, Dong Phu Commune, Chau Thanh District, Hau Giang Province, with an area of 12.5 hectares, a total investment of over VND 1,200 billion, by the Company. Dong Phu Real Estate Joint Stock Company, a member company of Nam Song Hau Petroleum Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company as the investor.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Mai Van Huy – Chairman of the Board of Directors of NSH Petro said: The project of Song Hau Industrial Park Operation Center has basically completed the technical infrastructure. The company started the construction of single villas, duplex villas, adjacent townhouses, central market and trade centers… according to the approved plan with a total investment of more than 1,200 billion dong. . Once completed, the project will create a modern urban area with full utilities, contributing to creating an urban landscape at the gateway to the northeast of Hau Giang province and Chau Thanh district, gradually completing the criteria of Dong Phu urban area. to be recognized in the first quarter of 2023 according to the orientation of the People’s Committee of Hau Giang province.
In addition to this project, the Company has been approved by the People’s Committee of Hau Giang province to research many other projects in the area. In particular, Chau Thanh district has been approved by the People’s Committee of Hau Giang province to propose the establishment of a project planning for Hau Giang tourist and entertainment area in Dong Phu commune with an area of 43ha; Nga Sau Riverside natural resort urban area project with an area of 28 hectares. These projects will be implemented by the Company in the period of 2022-2025, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolution of the Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee and the plan of the Hau Giang Provincial People’s Committee on industrial – urban – agricultural – tourism development.
