Approving the investment policy of the Prodezi Industrial Park infrastructure project, Long An province

Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh has just signed Decision No. 506/QD-TTg dated April 23rd, 2022 on investment policy on investment project of construction and infrastructure business of Prodezi industrial park, Long An province.

Accordingly, approving the investment policy and approving the investor which is Prodezi Long An Joint Stock Company.

Prodezi industrial park infrastructure investment and construction project with a scale of 400 hectares is implemented in Luong Hoa and Tan Hoa communes, Ben Luc district, Long An province.

The investment capital of the project is 4,604,768 billion VND, of which the investor’s contributed capital is 800 billion VND, mobilized capital is 3,804,768 billion VND.

The project’s operation term is 50 years from April 23rd, 2022. The project implementation schedule must not exceed 60 months from the date of land handover by the government.

The People’s Committee of Long An province directs the Management Board of the Economic Zone of Long An province to guide the Investor to specify the project implementation schedule, in which the progress of the investor’s equity contribution to the project implementation is noted. The project must ensure compliance with the provisions of the law on land.

Long An Provincial People’s Committee Directing the Management Board of Long An Economic Zone and relevant agencies to coordinate with Investors in implementing compensation and site clearance plans according to regulations; implement solutions related to the life of workers working in industrial parks, including plans to build houses, social, cultural and sports facilities for employees; job support and vocational training for people whose land has been acquired; implement land acquisition in line with the project implementation schedule and attract investment to minimize impacts on people have their land acquired.
