Thanh Hoa province has just decided to adjust and supplement a series of industrial clusters in the districts of Thieu Hoa, Hau Loc, Thach Thanh and Tho Xuan.
Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has just issued Decision No. 2189/QD-UBND, dated June 22, 2022 on adjusting and supplementing a number of industrial clusters in Thieu Hoa, Hau Loc, Thach Thanh and Tho Xuan districts into the master plan on development of industrial clusters in Thanh Hoa province to 2025, with orientation to 2030.
Accordingly, this province added Ngoc Vu industrial cluster, located in Thieu Ngoc and Thieu Vu communes of Thieu Hoa district, with an area of about 50 hectares. Work activities in the industrial cluster are the production of blankets, woven carpets, fashion apparel and footwear, furniture, electricity, electronics, mechanics, agricultural product processing, handicrafts, and household food. cattle, poultry… and other related industries.
Van Ha industrial cluster No. 2, located in Thieu Phu commune, has an area of 27 ha. The industry business is the production of bedding products, fashion and apparel, footwear, furniture, electricity, electronics, mechanics, agricultural product processing, handicrafts and other industries followed by law.
In Hau Loc District, adding the Lien Hoa industrial cluster, Hau Loc District, Lien Loc commune and Hoa Loc commune, with an area of about 40 hectares. Operating lines in the industrial cluster include manufacturing plants, construction machinery; electronic; mechanical; garment, leather shoes; processing agriculture, forestry… and other industries according to the provisions of law.
Supplementing Thuan Loc industrial cluster, Hau Loc District, location of Thuan Loc commune, area of about 28 hectares. Industry activities in the industrial cluster are the production of garments and leather shoes, furniture, electricity, electronics, mechanical processing, production of products for supporting industries of textiles, electronics, and auto parts. , agricultural machinery, agricultural product processing, furniture production, handicrafts, animal and poultry feed… and other related industries as prescribed by law.
For Thach Thanh district, add Thach Binh industrial cluster, Thach Thanh District, location of Thach Binh commune, with an area of about 70 hectares. Operating lines in the industrial cluster include factories manufacturing and assembling automobiles and construction machines; electronic; mechanical; Production of building materials; apparel, footwear; processing agriculture, forestry… and other industries according to the provisions of law.
Supplement Van Du 2 industrial cluster, Thach Thanh District, location of Thanh Tam commune, Thach Thanh District, Thanh Hoa province, with an area of about 50 hectares. The industries operating in the industrial cluster are factories manufacturing and assembling automobiles and construction machines; electronic; mechanical; Production of building materials; apparel, footwear; processing agricultural, forestry… and other professions according to the provisions of law.
In Tho Xuan district, Xuan Hoa – Tho Hai industrial cluster is added, Tho Xuan District, Xuan Hoa and Tho Hai communes, with an area of about 75 ha. Occupations in the industrial cluster include the production of garments and leather shoes, furniture, electricity, electronics, mechanics, machine manufacturing, agricultural product processing, forest product processing, handicrafts, food and beverages. eat livestock, poultry, constructional materials; … and other related professions as prescribed by law.
For the adjustment and addition of the above-mentioned industrial clusters to the planning on development of industrial clusters in Thanh Hoa province up to 2025, with a vision to be implemented quickly and effectively in 2030, the People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa province assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to take charge. Maintain and coordinate with the Departments of Planning and Investment, Finance, Construction, Natural Resources and Environment and related branches and units, and guide the People’s Committees of districts: Thieu Hoa, Hau Loc, Thach Thanh and Tho Xuan implemented procedures to establish Ngoc Vu industrial cluster and industrial cluster No. 2 Van Ha, Thieu Hoa district; Lien Hoa industrial cluster and Thuan Loc industrial cluster, Hau Loc district; Thach Binh industrial cluster and Van Du 2 industrial cluster, Thach Thanh district and Xuan Hoa – Tho Hai industrial cluster, Tho Xuan district and related procedures to implement investment in infrastructure construction, attracting invest in industrial clusters in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 68/2017/NQ-CP dated May 25, 2017 and Decree No. 66/2020/NDCP dated June 11, 2020 of the Government, regulations on land, construction, environmental protection and other relevant regulations.
The People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa province also assigned the People’s Committees of the districts: Thieu Hoa, Hau Loc, Thach Thanh and Tho Xuan to chair and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units to put the locations of the planned land areas for the industrial clusters mentioned above. above into the land use planning for the period 2021-2030 and the land use plan in 2022 to arrange the land fund for the deployment and establishment of industrial clusters according to the commitments of the People’s Committees of the districts.
Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Industry and Trade Pham Ba Oai said: “It is necessary to add the above industrial clusters to the master plan on development of industrial clusters in Thanh Hoa province to 2025 with orientation to 2030.
