BAC GIANG PLANNING 2,380HA INDUSTRIAL URBAN AREA

(VNF) – Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee has just issued a decision approving the general construction planning task of 1/5000 scale of industrial, commercial and service urban south of DT293 (section from Lan Mau commune to Kham Lang commune), Luc Nam district to 2040.

According to the decision, the planning study area is about 2,380ha, belonging to the administrative boundaries of Yen Son commune, Bac Lung commune and Kham Lang commune, Luc Nam district. The border is limited to the North bordering DT293; the south borders the Luc Nam River; to the east, it borders Bac Lung commune, Kham Lang commune and Doi Ngo town; the West borders Lan Mau commune.

Population by 2027 is expected to be about 30,000 people, by 2040 about 50,000 people. The planning research area is an urban, industrial, commercial and service development area, the gateway to the western sub-region of Luc Nam district and an important area in the development driving force of Luc Nam district.

The planning is based on the principle of inheritance and matching of projects and plans approved by the Provincial People’s Committee, the District People’s Committee, new projects expected to develop socio-economic development of the district and the general planning of the whole district. the region until 2040. At the same time, consider the socio-economic development linkages of the planning area with the surrounding area; consider the connection of technical infrastructure between the planning study area and the surrounding area in the future.

Regarding spatial organization, the planning project must determine the scope and size of functional areas of an industrial, commercial and service urban area, embellishment and renovation areas, conservation zones, new development zones, and zones. prohibited construction, development reserve zones; Determination of population density and land use norms for industrial, commercial and service urban planning, giving development orientations for each functional area;

In addition, the planning must also identify administrative land, commercial and service centers, public centers, green parks and urban open spaces, and at the same time orient the spatial organization, architecture, landscape for urban functional areas, main spatial axis.

Luc Nam District People’s Committee is the agency assigned to make planning. The planning budget is about 5.7 billion VND from the district budget.
