Hanoi Adjusts The City’s Decision on The Establishment of Song Phuong Industrial Cluster, Dan Phuong District

On March 16, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen signed and promulgated a Decision on the adjustment of Decision No. 5708/QD-UBND dated October 11, 2019, of the Hanoi People’s Committee on the establishment of the Song Dynasty industrial complex. According to the Decision, the City People’s Committee adjusted the progress of the Song Phuong Industrial Complex project, Dan Phuong district approved in the Decision No. 5708/QD-UBND dated October 11, 2019, of the City People’s Committee on the establishment of the industrial cluster. Song Phuong Industrial Park, Dan Phuong District as follows: Start-up time – Completed from Quarter 1/2022 – Quarter 1/2023.

The City People’s Committee requires the investor to build the technical infrastructure of the industrial cluster to take full responsibility before the law for the truthfulness and accuracy of the dossiers and documents enclosed with the application for adjustment. setting up Song Phuong industrial cluster, Dan Phuong district; take responsibility and ensure equity capital to implement the project in accordance with current regulations of the State and the City. The investor uses the land for the right purpose for the construction of the work according to the decision on land allocation or land lease.
