The scope of detailed construction planning at the scale of 1/500 Dong Than industrial cluster is implemented on an area of ​​75ha in Dong Than commune, Yen My district. Among them, about 75% of the land fund is used to build factories, about 10% are green trees and water surface; the rest is operating area, service, parking lot, traffic land.

The People’s Committee of Hung Yen province assigned MITRI Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (the investor to build technical infrastructure for Dong Than Industrial Complex) to coordinate with the Provincial Department of Construction and the People’s Committees of An Thi, Khoai Chau and Yen My districts. and relevant units to announce the planning; serve as a basis for formulating investment projects on construction of technical infrastructure, managing and constructing them according to the approved planning, having specific and detailed investment diverging plans, creating favorable conditions for the receipt of projects. component projects, ensuring the progress and efficiency of land use and planning on land management according to current regulations.

Dong Than industrial cluster was established in December 2021, the main industry is the field of industrial production supporting the following industries: electronics, automobiles, mechanics, industry, high technology, projects using energy saving Energy saving clean technology, no pollution to the environment.

Total investment capital for this project is about 500 billion VND; in which the investor’s own capital accounts for about 15%, the rest is borrowed capital, capital mobilized from other lawful sources.

Hung Yen aims to plan and build Dong Than industrial cluster with synchronous technical infrastructure, meeting the production needs of enterprises, ensuring the requirements of technical infrastructure and environment.
