(VNF) – Many enterprises are proposing Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee to approve to increase the construction rate in industrial parks in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Construction, to have hundreds more hectares of land to build factories to expand production.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Dong Nai Industrial Zones Management Board, 32 industrial parks have been established in the province with a total area of more than 10.2 thousand hectares.<\/p>\n

Land area has been leased for nearly 6 thousand hectares, enterprises rent industrial land to build factories with a construction rate of only 40-60%, according to the construction density indicator according to the National Technical Regulation QCVN 01:2019\/BXD on construction planning issued in 2019, the construction rate in industrial zones is at maximum 70%.<\/p>\n

Since the regulations were issued, the infrastructure investors in the industrial park and enterprises renting land in the industrial park have repeatedly recommended the Provincial People’s Committee and the Department of Construction to support the settlement of dossiers to increase the construction rate, helping to fully exploit the advantages of land.<\/p>\n

In nearly 6 thousand hectares of industrial land leased, the enterprise has built more than 3 thousand hectares. If the provincial People’s Committee approves the enterprise to raise the construction rate to 70%, there will be thousands more hectares of industrial land in the industrial zones.<\/p>\n

In the context of Dong Nai being short of industrial land for lease, the enterprise has difficulties about the Covid-19 epidemic, this regulation if resolved early will help the enterprise reduce many costs when it wants to expand the production plant.<\/p>\n

Units in many industrial zones such as Song May, Ho Nai, Amata, Tam Phuoc, Loteco, Nhon Trach 5, Nhon Trach 6… all proposed to increase the construction rate in the industrial park. However, this lasted nearly 2 years, the company also proposed many times but has not solved so far.<\/p>\n

Currently, the land rental price in Dong Nai Industrial Zones is from 140 to 160 USD\/m2, increasing the rate of enterprise construction will save land rental costs, reduce production costs, increase competitiveness.
