The Provincial People’s Committee has just decided to approve the survey tasks, estimates, and construction planning at the scale of 1\/2000 Tuong Linh Industrial Park, Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province.
\nOn April 21, 2022, Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 1355\/QD-UBND on approving tasks, survey estimates, planning construction subdivision at scale 1\/2000 of Tuong Linh Industrial Park. , Nong Cong district, with an area of \u200b\u200b330ha.<\/p>\n

Tuong Linh Industrial Park, Nong Cong District is planned to develop clean industry, high technology, agro-forestry product processing industry.<\/p>\n

\nThe planning scope of Tuong Linh Industrial Park belongs to Truong Minh, Thang Binh and Tuong Linh communes. The northern boundary is adjacent to the Center for Mixed Planning; the south borders on provincial road 525 and planned green land; the East borders National Highway 47B (Tho Xuan Airport road to Nghi Son Economic Zone) and Tuong Linh industrial cluster; the west borders on planned green land.<\/p>\n

The planning area is 330 ha; The area for making topographic maps at the scale of 1\/2000 for planning purposes is about 422 ha.<\/p>\n

Total cost estimate for planning Tuong Linh Toong Industrial Park (rounded): 2,48,380,000 VND (In words: Two billion, four hundred and eighty-eight million, three hundred and eighty thousand dong).<\/p>\n

The time for making the planning project is not more than 9 months.<\/p>\n

The provincial Chairman assigned Nong Cong District People’s Committee to update Tuong Linh Industrial Park into the construction planning of Nong Cong district until 2045, with a vision to 2070 and the land use plan to 2030, the annual land use plan. 2021 Nong Cong district submits to the Provincial People’s Committee for approval.<\/p>\n

Assign the Department of Planning and Investment to update Tuong Linh Industrial Park into the Thanh Hoa Provincial Plan for the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2045, for approval according to regulations.<\/p>\n
