DELIVERY – EXCHANGE POLICY
- You can exchange the product within 15 days of receipt and it will be displayed on the system.
- This policy only applies to exchanging products at full price and can only be done once.
- Products must have their original tags and invoices when exchanged. We do not accept cases without invoices.
- Customers can exchange products of the same price or products with a higher price, compensating for the difference.
- Products are not refundable if the face value is lower than the original price.
- This exchange policy does not apply to discounted products, promotions, accessories, jewelry, eyeglasses, swimwear, or underwear. Product returns are not applicable.
SCOPE OF DELIVERY
Marcosee supports delivery to customers Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., excluding Sundays and holidays.

(*) Note: This is only the expected standard delivery time. Standard time may change for some unexpected reasons and will be notified to you on holidays, New Year or when situations arise. In addition, regulations for zoning inner and outer suburbs depend on each transportation service provider, and there will be different ways of dividing inner and outer suburbs. REGULATIONS ON DELIVERY FEE
Delivery fees for orders are calculated based on the distance between the supplying store and the delivery address along with the weight of the product.
Details of the delivery fee for each order will be clearly shown on the order completion page after you enter the delivery address.
