Order & Payment Process

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING ON THE WEBSITE

Step 3: Add product to cart. To choose your favorite product, click on the product image or name to access the product’s detailed information page. After choosing your favorite product, select product attributes such as color, design, size, and quantity.

Then select “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now” (if only buying one current product). Once you have placed the first product in your order, follow these steps to add other products to your cart: Click on the MARCOSEE icon to return to the home page or type product search on the toolbar.

Add products to cart by selecting quantity and “Choose to buy”.

Review your shopping cart by clicking the Shopping Cart icon and selecting “View Cart.”

This process can be repeated until you have completed placing all the products you want to order in your shopping cart. Please check product information and quantity before making payment.

Step 4: Check your cart and place your order. You can place multiple products in one shopping cart and they will be packed into one package or more (if your products are taken from different warehouses and will be delivered twice if you choose) and delivered to the address you registered.

After you have checked all the products you need to place in your shopping cart, please fill in the discount code (if any), adjust the quantity, and update the shopping cart. Click “Checkout” to start ordering.

Step 5: Fill in/select the delivery address and delivery method, then select “Continue”.

Step 6: Select the payment method and “Complete payment”.

Step 7: Check and confirm the order. After completing the ordering steps, the system will send you a message notifying you of a successful order via the phone number you registered.

Step 8: Track the order status. After successfully placing an order, you can track the processing and shipping progress of your order by accessing your account information page (on the Marcosee website) to update the latest information about your order.
