Cooking instruction
Step 1
Boil noodles for 2 – 3 minutes, stir occasionally. Remove the noodles, rinse under cold water and drain. Mix 1 tablespoon of cooking oil so that noodles do not stick together.
Step 2
Stir-fry the minced garlic in a pan with hot oil until fragrant, then evenly add the minced meat. Then, add 1 teaspoon of bouillon granules, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, tomato sauce, and chili sauce, then stir-fry (maybe add a little water). Season until it is both salty and sweet.
Step 3
Boil water in a pot. Put the eggs in the boiling water for about 5 minutes and you will get soft-boiled eggs. Remove the eggs and let them cool under cold water and peel. Boil choysum in the boiling water to eat together.
Step 4
Pour the noodles onto the bowl, add the fried garlic, golden fried pork, and minced meat sauce and mix well. Put the choysum and spring onions on top. Cook the broth with carrots and beets, add beef balls or beef slices if you like. Pour the broth over the eggs. Serve with mixed noodles and the broth while it’s still hot.
