Newtecons currently owns young human resources, mainly U35 group. NewVote is a program organized to motivate and inspire Newtecons employees through nomination/self-nomination and voting. In addition, this campaign helps Newtecons find the nucleus in all fields, a generation that is considered the pioneer team and the company’s representatives in the journey of creativity, dedication and shine to blow up the fire of passion to colleagues and the community.
