NEWTECONS HANDED OVER VINHOMES OCEAN PARK PROJECT

Vinhomes Ocean Park Gia Lam is a civilized modern city heading for a Singapore-class megacity model and more. Beside services and utilities that bring an ideal Singaporean-like living space, Vinhomes also, for the first time, makes home to unique facilities, for instance an outdoor fitness park with hundreds of exercise machines.

The project was started in late 2018. Newtecons undertook the construction of towers P6-P7 with 26 upground floors and 1 basement and nearly 1500 apartments. By far the project has completed system acceptance and hand-over to the Owner. Newtecons also partnered the Owner in handover of apartments to residents, further contributing to the overall success of the project.

This is a large-scale well-invested project with high requirements, hence the need for a team of extensively experienced and highly qualified engineers. Newtecons, empowered by experience in sizable high-rise projects, assured the Owners of the project schedule, safety and quality.
