NEWTECONS AND MASTERISE HOME CELEBRATE THE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF THE MASTERI WATERFRONT PROJECT
On the 20th November 2020, Newtecons JSC was proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Masteri Waterfront project being developed by Masterise Homes in the Vinhomes Ocean Park, Hanoi
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Jason Turnbull, Deputy General Director cum Chief Financial Officer of Masterise Homes shared how Masteri Waterfront contributed to “heating up” the high-end segment in the Northern market.
“This project demonstrates Masterise Homes’ vision of bringing international standards into development, operation and management of real estate projects in Hanoi through our highly experienced international staff and partners. When completed, the Masteri Waterfront luxury apartment complex will offer a chic lifestyle to the elite community, ”said Mr. Turnbull.
Located in the center of Vinhomes Ocean Park, Hanoi, Masteri Waterfront has a direct view of the 6.1ha saltwater lake and 24.5ha central park. Residents will enjoy the natural open spaces and the extensive on-site private facilities including extensive landscaped gardens, underwater lounge, aerial garden, indoor swimming pool etc.
Masterise Homes has appointed Newtecons JSC, one of the leading companies in the construction sector in Vietnam, as the General Contractor to the Masteri Waterfront Project and with their extensive experience in implementing large-scale projects is targeting completion of the construction in 2022.
Mr. Tran Kim Long, the General Director of Newtecons spoke about the long relationship that exists between Newtecons and Masterise Homes, having cooperated on many successful projects in the past. With this new project, both parties expect to provide an exceptional quality product, meeting the highest of international standards for future residents.

Masterise Homes are working with other leading internationals partners in the development of Masteri Waterfront, including architecture by Tange Associates (Japan) interiors by Studio HBA (USA), landscape design by Belt Collins International (USA), and Apave Asia – Pacific, a member of Apave Group (France) for project supervision.
As the first “North-Ahead” project, Masterise Homes champions the philosophy of “Customer is the Focus” to the Hanoi market. Masteri Waterfront project is design is world-class, and expected to be handed over in 2022.
