[Vung Tau, May 15, 2021] Newtecons officially top out The Song project (Vung Tau). The hard work of the project committee in the face of harsh construction conditions has paid off with the formation of a successful project that fully meets the criteria of quality, safety, and progress. In addition, the ceremony also marked the close cooperation between Newtecons and An Gia Real Estate Group.
Officially started in the fourth quarter of 2019, as the General Contractor, Newtecons has planned and implemented the entire The Song project technically and professionally. With the experience of implementing many large-scale, high building projects, especially high-class projects that require outstanding quality, Newtecons focuses all resources to accompany An Gia Real Estate Group to implement a successful The Song project. During the implementation process, Newtecons always uses materials and equipment from reputable brands in the market, focusing on human resources to ensure the committed schedule. The topping out of The Song project is a milestone marking the efforts of hundreds of engineers and workers directly involved in the construction of the project.
As the first 5-star tourist apartment complex in Vung Tau, The Song project provides the market with more than 1,500 apartments and a series of high-class facilities. Notably, The Song was honored to receive double awards at the Vietnam Property Awards 2019 in 2 categories: Best Condo Architectural Design and Best Condo Interior Design. On the top of the building, An Gia has “impressively” built an infinity pool with a length is nearly 50m. Surrounding the pool is a giant Sky Bar at an altitude of more than 100m. To ensure privacy for the entire hotel area, this Sky Bar is equipped with a private outdoor Panorama glass elevator.
The project has an architectural design to shape the exterior with many slanted and corrugated wings, which is difficult to construct, so it requires a thorough construction process, a close combination of structure, and finishing to ensure high aesthetics. The solution of light adobe bricks is applied in this project and occupies 85% of the wall area to reduce the load on the building. Despite construction in difficult conditions due to high winds and harsh climate typical of the sea, Newtecons still ensures the progress and 5-star quality of the project.
Currently, The Song is the largest and tallest apartment complex in Vung Tau. The Song is planned on a total area of more than 8,500 m2, construction density of 40%. Once completed, the project will be a new symbol of Vung Tau city with a height of 36 floors.
The Song is a project with smart design, ensuring that all apartments have a wonderful view of: Vung Tau beach, Paradise Golf Course, Christ statue, city center at night or a beautiful internal park. In addition, The Song also owns a unique architecture inspired by the winding waves of the sea.
