NEWTECONS BREAKING GROUND FOR THE FIRST PROJECT OF LUXURY BRAND MARRIOTT IN VIETNAM

[HCMC, March 24, 2021] The groundbreaking ceremony of Grand Marina, Saigon – the first real-estate project of luxury brand Marriott in Vietnam was solemnly held by international real- estate contractor Masterise Homes at the construction site of the project, No. 2 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

Newtecons was honoured to accompany Masterise Homes in the role of Main Contractor of this super project. Grand Marina, Saigon included an apartment project with two brands of Marriott and JW Marriott, this project is also a master-planned complex with a large public park, riverside walkways, and a high-class marina, reaches the mission of a super project located in the most favourable position in Saigon.
