NEWTECONS CO-OPERATED WITH JAPANESE, COMMENCED SORA GARDENS II PROJECT BINH DUONG
(HCM – July 31, 2019) Accordingly, Sora Gardens II Project Binh Duong is the project that marks the next cooperation between BTMJR Investment Limited Company and Newtecons Investment Construction Joint Stock Company. The superstructure commencement ceremony was successfully held at Lot C17, Hung Vuong Boulevard, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province. The ceremony featured the representatives of Committees of Binh Duong Province, Becamex IDC Board of Management, Mitsubishi Asia & Vietnam Real Estate Group, Coteccons Group Board of Management and all employees of the project
Sora Gardens II is the second project built next to Sora Gardens I which is located in Binh Duong province. The project takes the “Extra Life” style as the theme, in order to bring customers the most luxurious living space The project’s design is a unique “X” shape providing spectacular views from majority of the units and includes an attractive amenities package of an infinity swimming pool (25 meter), sauna, gym, flower garden, guest room, and BBQ area.. This project is invested by two representatives from Japan, “Tokyu Corporation” and “Mitsubishi Jisho Residence”. These companies will apply the experience and knowledge gained in Japan and overseas markets, along with the support from Becamex IDC Corporation to develop the most luxurious apartment project. in Binh Duong province.
With great respect, Mr. Furukawa Takashi – International Sales Manager of Tokyu Group, representative of the investor made a welcoming speech and praised the Newtecons – the contractor of the tunnel construction of the Sora Gardens II Project. With the completion of the tunnel section on schedule, professionally, he believes that Newtecons will continue to maintain the bravery, successfully cooperate with BTMJR Investment in the next phase of the project. In addition, he would like to express his sincere thanks to the companions of the provincial committee, the general contractor – Newtecons and the management consultants.
In response to the trust of the investor, Mr. Tran Kim Long – General Director of Newtecons Company said that being one of the prestigious contractors in Vietnam, Newtecons will surely cooperate with BTMJR Investment and bring high quality products, ensure progress for customers – residents of Sora Gardens II Project. In addition, Newtecons wishes this project will be a solid foundation for long-term cooperation between the parties.
After the ceremony, the entire Sora Gardens II Project site management team quickly started to implement the next items of the project. For site management team, Sora Gardens II is one of the special projects by request, “standard” from Japanese experts. Right from the tunnel phase, site management team has focused on construction, changing manners and constantly learning to meet the standards from the Investor.
