NEWTECONS COMMENCED M GARDEN CITY DA NANG PROJECT

(Da Nang city, 27/2/2021) The groundbreaking ceremony of M Garden City hotel was highly successful. The ceremony was honored to welcome the presence of Developer’s representative – Vu Ha Anh Tourism and Services Company Limited; representative of General Contractor – Newtecons Investment Construction Joint Stock Company and design consultant, supervision consultant, suppliers in this project.

At the ceremony, Newtecons is put the faith by the Developer and assigned the responsibility of General Contractor. Representative of Newtecons, Mr. Tran Kim Long– General Director confirms capability and reputation of one of the top general contractors in the country, M Garden City will soon be under construction meeting quality, safety, progress to hand over the Investor.

M Garden City Hotel is comprised of 25 floors and 3 basements, located in the center of high-rise buildings projects along the coast of Da Nang city. The front is facing the East, next to Vo Nguyen Giap coastline, which is 43 meters wide, the back is facing the West heading towards the city center next to the main roads. The construction is designed with a moving pattern of vegetation from the first floor garden twisting into every room, going deeply into the living room of the hotel, in combination with concrete construction Fair-Face which are various to each floor with unlimited sand pool on the rooftop. Especially, on July 2020, the construction was evaluated by Archdaily* to be one of green projects, big scope and exotic in the world and excellent which received the best hotel architecture design organized by Property Guru Awards (Singapore).
