NEWTECONS COMMENCED PROJECT “GP. TOWER – A PERFECT LIFE”
Morning September 20, 2020, at the Northwest gateway of Hanoi Capital, a mixed-use building project named GP Tower was commenced under the ownership of GP. Invest Group and involved Newtecons as the general contractor.
GP Tower project is located at the intersection of Pham Van Dong and Doan Ke Thien Streets, on the newly expanded Ring Road 3 of Hanoi City. Standing alone amid a low construction density area, GP Tower boasts a panoramic view of the city since it is not obscured by any sky-scrapers. With a full glass exterior coverage, balcony made of glass walls, and load-bearing concrete walls instead of a column bearing system, every apartment at GP Tower has a stunning panorama view that bears the signature of American luxury apartment design.
In this project, Newtecons acts as the general contractor of structural construction and finishing of 30 upground floors in a period of 16 months. The project, beside an acoustic 2-sided Façade system, is equipped with an air purification system to provide fresh air, deodorize, eliminate toxic gases and filter out dust, protecting the health of residents. The project also has facilities such as 7 trading centres, green space and restaurant on the rooftop.
