Newtecons is proud to be general contractor of project No.8 – BW industrial Thoi Hoa at Road NA2, Thoi Hoa Industrial Park, Thoi Hoa Ward, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong. This is a factory project invested by BW Industrial Development Corporation, with the scale is 8,4 hectares
Project perspective No. 08 – BW Thoi Hoa
The ceremony was honored with the presence of Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Thuy – Director of Thoi Hoa Urban and Industrial Development Enterprise, The representative of the Investor, Consulting and key partners of the project.
Project No. 08 is located in My Phuoc 4 industrial zone, Binh Duong province with the scale is 8.4 hectares. The project consists of 05 factories with 04 factories covering an area of 16,000m2 and the other one is 20,000 m2.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Ngo Dinh Ngoc Quang – Operation Director of Newtecons shared, “With an admirable growth rate and the right development strategy, we believe that project No. 08 and other projects of BWID will attract more Customers and Investors”
Recently, the industrial real estate market of Vietnam has been very active with increasing demand for land and factory lease from large domestic and foreign corporations.
