NEWTECONS WON THE BID – FULBRIGHT UNIVERSITY VIETNAM PROJECT
With the prestige and experience in participating in various projects across the country, especially in education projects, Newtecons is trusted by the investor to be selected as the General Contractor of Design & Construction of Fulbright University Vietnam.
Fulbright University Vietnam project is built on a 15- Ha land in Saigon High Tech Park. Upon completion, the project will become a modern space for studying, teaching, training and researching for thousands of local and international students.
Currently, Newtecons is preparing the best in all aspects such as a team of experienced Steering Committees who have participated in international standard constructions; modern construction equipments, and machines to enter the construction phase.
In the first phase, the Steering Committee will build dormitories, lecture halls, and a central lawn – a green space for students’ outdoor learning and entertainment activities.
At the main gate building of Fulbright University Vietnam headquarters located at the head of the lawn will house a distinctive amphitheater at its core, as well as the student center and library. A network of pedestrian streets will extend out from the lawn and the main building, all paths will reach focal-point buildings designed to host quintessential college facilities such as galleries, theaters, or a gymnasium. The convergence of two thoroughfares forms a wedge-shaped dormitory with student dining on the ground floor. The remaining compound buildings will expand in subsequent phases of construction.
It is known that Fulbright University Vietnam headquarters is built based on sustainable standards, achieving the standards of LEED (Green building rating systems developed by U.S. Green Building Council). USA) and LOTUS (Green building rating systems in Vietnam).
