PROGRESS OF THE SÓNG PROJECT

The Sóng project is invested by An Gia Group. Boasting a prime location on Thi Sach Street adjacent to Thuy Van Beach, the project gains “spotlight” from every domestic and foreign tourists. This 31,000-square-meter project has 36 airy sea-view upground floors, 2 basements, and a plenty of modern facilities.

Overview of The Sóng project

In 2019, Newtecons assumed the role of Design and Construction General Contractor. By far the Project Site Management Board has been working on the 15^th floor structural construction, tiling and plastering up to the 6^th floor. To cope with strong sea winds in the stormy season, the Site Management Board outlined a variety of proper solutions that assure the construction progress. The Site Management Board also paid special attention to the safety issues during use of scaffolding, materials gathering and electrical work, so as to ensure workers’ safety.
