ONE CENTRAL HCM

One Central HCM comprises two towers of 47 and 56 storeys high invested by Saigon Glory Co., Ltd, Masterise Group develops the project and Newtecons is the main contractor. Two towers are interconnected by a podium and separated independently. The 56-storeys West Tower includes offices and hotels. The 47-storeys East Tower consists of apartments, with the services provided by the hotel through connecting the base and basement. Especially at base floor B1, directly connecting 2 locations with Metro Tunnel.
