The program is attended by internal lecturer Tran Vu Dang Son &#8211; Deputy Tender Department Manager and 45 students who are QS Supervisors at sites across the country.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-13338 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/demo8.thuythu.com\/newtecons\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/MG_9939-e1552116606715.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"571\" height=\"475\" \/>Internal lecturer Tran Vu Dang Son at the training session<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The internal training program entitled &#8220;Knowledge &#8211; Skills &#8211; QS operations&#8221; will last for 8 weeks, starting from March 2019. According to the Newtecons Training Section, this training program aims to add knowledge and skills to the QS Supervisors \u00a0on site. Since then, it would be able to support the students how to handle and organize work in planning according to the new standards of the Company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-13340 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/demo8.thuythu.com\/newtecons\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/MG_9902-e1552116633297.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"572\" height=\"319\" \/>The students are QS Supervisor<\/em><em>s<\/em><em> and the Trainer at the training session<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Internal training is a unique culture that is focused on by all Newtecons departments &amp; sites and aims to achieve specific quality. According to the survey, after participating in internal training programs, the spirit of learning, self-training and continuous improvement of capacity is strongly spread among the staff of the Company.
