Barett Food and Beverage Factory is a project invested by Hai Long Hung Yen Joint Stock Company, which is located in Xuan Dao hamlet, Xuan Duc commune, My Hao district, Hung Yen province. This is a pioneering factory applying 4.0 technology, which is operated based on Braumat system with a Manufacturing Operation Management to optimize and automate management and production activities.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Overview of Barett Food and Beverage Factory project<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Commenced since October 2019, Barett Food and Beverage Factory has built on a 4.5-hectare plot of land by Newtecons taking on the role of Design and Build. The project is applied the Fast-Track construction method (concurrent construction and design) to ensure the progress and quality of the project. In particular, the finished goods warehouse is constructed with Super Flat Flooring System nearly 10,000m2, which helps increase manufacturing productivity, save space and ensure smooth operation for forklifts.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the factory is designed according to LEED standards, strictly complying with issues, such as: increasing drainage efficiency, reducing emissions, using renewable energy resources optimally,… to minimize many negative impacts on human health and the surrounding environment.<\/p>\n

Up to now, the Newtecons Management Team concentrates on steel structure works for the main workshop, finishing, MEP and infrastructure. It is expected that, in September 2020, Newtecons Management Team will hand over the project to the Developer on schedule, quality and safety.<\/p>\n
