On January 25, Newtecons officially handed over the project of International School PTLC Dewey Tay Ho Tay. The project is located in Tay Ho Tay urban center, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi. This is one of the most modern and classy buildings among the projects of the Dewey school system.<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n

The project is built on an area over 20,000 m2 with 04 blocks, including 5 floors and 02 basements for each, a total of 126 classes, a system of function rooms and a large utility complex, such as a 4-season swimming pool that meet the Aquatots standard of swimming school (USA). Upon completion, Dewey School will definitely become a new school with modern, safe, international-standard facilities, inspiring training activities and learning experiences.<\/p>\n

As the general contractor, Newtecons has synchronously combined the implementation of Construction and M&E packages at the beginning of the project. This coordination helps shorten the project schedule and maximizes management costs for the Investor. During the project, quality is always guaranteed.<\/p>\n

To comply to meet the urgent construction schedule, the Newtecons Management Board has implemented many specialized construction measures, applying BIM to limit the risks of conflicts, and strictly control the construction progress in each stage.<\/p>\n

The success of Dewey School project is the foundation for the development of the relationship between Newtecons and the Investor in the implementation of future projects.<\/p>\n
