RESPONSIBILITY

Strategic Planning

  • Support General Director to drive marketing strategy on digital platforms and offline activities.
  • Constantly update news and guidances to implement strategies/ guidelines for marketing activities as a whole
  • Perform required checking, approval, compliance, audit processes related to content, assets

Digital platforms management

  • Collaborate with other functions for successful integrated Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Be in charge of the website, and social media channels
  • Work closely with the management team to drive Social media channels via excellent content and media planning
  • Work with CRM function to drive CRM content

Other

  • Related duties as assigned by General Manager  

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or Marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
  • Good knowledge of the professional services sector in Vietnam.
  • Good knowledge of the Vietnamese market, understand consumer behavior, customer insight, and expectations
  • Trend-savvy in digital marketing, customer insights, and behaviors
  • Highly analytical, proficient with Google Analytics, social media analytics, PPC, SEO, basic photoshops.
  • 2 years of working experience in Marketing, experienced in the luxury segment, or legal industry is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge and proven performance of Digital Marketing, experience in Social Media management is an advantage
