DEVELOPMENT HISTORY

1977

Established Dong Nai Transportation Construction Joint Stock Company (formerly known as Bridge and Road Construction Company), under the Department of Transport of Dong Nai province.

1986

In April 1986, Road Construction Company and Material Exploiting Company and Nui Le Stone Exploiting Enterprise were merger to form Bridge and Road Company.

1992

In December 1992, implementing the enterprise renewal according to Decision No. 388 / HDBT of the Council of Ministers (now the Government), the Company was decided by the Ministry of Transport to re-establish and rename Bridge and Road Company into Dong Nai Transportation Construction Company.

2005

In December 2005, Dong Nai Transportation Construction Company was equitized and renamed as Dong Nai Transportation Construction Joint Stock Company.

2009

In September 2009, the Company was granted investment certificate by the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province for Tan Cang 4 Quarry in Tan Cang Hamlet, Phuoc Tan Commune, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.

2010

On March 9, 2010, Company shares were officially traded on the Trading System for Unlisted Securities (UPCoM).
