The admission process of KIDS WORLD will follow the steps below.
Find out information
- Discuss information about school and class schedules through Timetable
- Discuss and share the child’s personal characteristics (activity schedule, habits, sleeping habits at home, etc.)
- Advice on tuition fees and incentives (if any). Record the information of the child and parents in the admission book
Follow-up care
- For parents who do not schedule a class or consult by phone (monitoring for 2-3 days, they will call to care and support to answer concerns …)
- For parents who have an appointment to bring their children to meet them (the counselor needs to keep track of the appointment and call back to take care of reminding parents to arrange for their child to attend class)
- Continued follow-up care if parents are unable to schedule appointments. Arrange a new appointment for parents – if parents notify their child not to study, they need to know the reason, reasons for facilities or tuition fees or registration of moving…
- For parents who are interested in other facilities in the system, they will send that parent information to ACI or the Counselor at the facility where the parent is interested, ACI or a counselor will assist in taking care of the parent. (ACI confirms that the parent has visited or has not allowed the original ACI to transfer the information)

- Read and sign the school’s admission regulations
- Instructions for parents to prepare documents (Can be added 1 week after admission).
- Pay the school fee

- Arrange children in class, guide parents to install Camera.
