Unlike air-conditioning fans, misting fans … if you buy it, you only need to plug it in and use it right away, the air conditioner needs to go through installation stage to be able to use it. Most of us delegate this process to our installers.
This model is equipped with Inverter technology and uses the refrigerant, Gas R410A. With the air conditioner usually does not have an inverter, using R22 gas, the installation is very simple. As for the air conditioner with Inverter using Gas R410A, the installation will be a little more complicated. For example, the insulating pipe must be at least 0.61 thick, or the insulation pipe must be vacuumed … Let’s start together.
Accessories that need to be purchased outside the machine:
Copper pipe for the Gas Inverter R410A Phi 6 with a thickness of 0.61 mm
Copper pipe for the Gas Inverter R410A Phi 10 with a thickness of 0.61 mm
Wire type 2 x 1.5mm
Single wire
Sewage pipes
Gravure gene
Insulation pipe fabric
Tools needed to install:
Copper pipe cutting clamp
Pipe flaring tools
Vacuum cleaners and pressure gauges
Wall drill.
These tools you can borrow from friends or rent at low cost.
Note: When choosing to buy copper pipes, if your air conditioner is an Inverter using refrigerant, Gas R410A, you must choose a copper tube with a thickness of 0.61mm or more. Because this solvent has a very large static pressure in the gas pipeline (4 times higher than normal gas), if using copper pipe thinner than 0.61mm, the tube may be cracked and lead to gas leakage.
Thus, we have completed the steps to install the inverter air conditioner. At this time, the air conditioner is ready to operate. Please run the machine for a test run and check if the wastewater line is working properly. If the air conditioner has blown out cold steam and the sewage line has run out of water, your installation is completely correct.
